It's time to start each month with a gut boosting health twist on your normal Sunday Brunch with Booch + Bites.

It's a fun, educational collaboration between Awoke Kitchen and Functional Drinks Club that brings you 5 gut health boosting dishes paired with the freshest Kombucha the UK has to offer.

During the Sunday Brunch you'll:

  • Discover why having a healthy gut is so important for your physical and mental health,
  • Enjoy 5 Gut Health Boosting Dishes that you can make at home,
  • Understand why these dishes improve your gut health,
  • Experience 4 Kombuchas selected for each dish

Your Sunday Brunch starts at 11am and finishes at 1pm.

We couldn't think of a better way to start each month.

Tickets are limited to 10 spaces so book early to avoid disappointment.

Meet your Chef

Victoria is the founder of Awoke Kitchen, a food experience which tells the story of what is on your plate, its health benefits and how by being mindful of the choices we make at the table, we invest in a better future.

Victoria‘s passion for food was founded through her time spent in Italy, working alongside artisan producers and chefs emersed in biodynamic produce, learning the importance of food origin.

Her own Gluten Free journey has led her to understand the power food and the significance of understanding what we are putting on our plates, and into our bodies.

What time should I arrive for Booch + Bites?

If you could arrive 5 minutes before it all kicks off that would be amazing.

There's a lot of amazing gut health boosting dishes and Kombucha to experience.

And Kev (one of your hosts) loves to talk.

What do I get for my £35 ticket?

You'll experience 5 gut health boosting dishes paired with 4 different Kombuchas from around the UK.

Along with the Brunch experience you'll learn all about gut health, why it's important, and how to improve it.

It really is a great way to start each month.

What happens if I can no longer make Booch + Bites?

We're happy to refund the ticket minus the online payment charge if you let us know 7 working days before Booch + Bites.

We need 7 working days as it gives us a chance to fill your spot.

If it's within 7 days, then we don't do refunds, but we'll let you book on to another date.

Or, happy for you to sell your ticket on to someone else to take your place. Just let us know via email and we'll do the rest.

I have allergies, what should I do?

Not a problem, we booch + bite is for everyone.

Just email kevin@functionaldrinksclub.co.uk and let him know a week in advance of the event or sooner and we'll do the rest.
