It won't. But it's a proper, grown-up drink for the evening that isn't a beer, and that's a genuinely useful thing to have in the fridge.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eWhat's actually in it\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eFiltered water, cane sugar, tea mix, kombucha cultures, Ashwagandha extract (1%). 5ml of 10:1 extract per bottle, a raw material equivalent of roughly 5,000mg (5 grams) per bottle. Nothing else in there.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOne thing worth knowing:\u003c\/strong\u003e if you're on thyroid medication, check with your doctor before making this a regular habit. Ashwagandha can interact with thyroid function, and that's not something to guess your way through.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003e500ml, not 330ml, on purpose\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eSame deal as the rest of the range.
