In this video I run through how I go about stacking the 4Ks of Kombucha, Kimchi, Kefir, and Kraut throughout the day.
That includes what I have for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, including when I drink Kombucha during it all.
Once you get into the swing of it, you'll find that it becomes second nature to you.

I do this to keep my taste buds interested, to ensure I get all the different strains of bacteria found across each of the 4Ks, and to reduce the amount of acidity I'm placing on my teeth from Kombucha drinking.
At the end of the day, diversity of food and drink is what it's all about when it comes to having a healthy gut and high functioning microbiome.
And because I'm Scottish, I like that everything stretches a little further when you're having a little bit of each throughout the day instead of necking a whole bottle of Kombucha in one sitting.
