Refund policy
Hopefully everything has gone smoothly with your order from us, but things can go wrong from time to time.
See below for what you need to know when it comes to refunds, returns, cancellations and damaged items.
Checking your order
Really important, especially if you've ordered online and had your items delivered through post.
If you've ordered any of our drink products online for delivery, you have 24 hours to check your order and let us know if anything is missing or damaged.
If something is missing or damaged, please take a photo and send it through to kevin@functionaldrinksclub.co.uk and we'll look to get a replacement sent out.
Any claims after 24 hours won't be accepted or refunded.
If you're ordered an item of clothing and it's damaged, please take a photo and send it through to the same email address. We'll need you to return the item either by post or by dropping it into the store so we can have it "remilled" and a replacement sent out to you with no additional cost.
Returns & Cancellations
Really simple when it comes to our drinks products.
We don't do refunds on drinks purchased.
We obviously replace or refund damaged or missing products, but only if you've checked the product and let us know with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
If you want to cancel your zero waste kombucha subscription, as long as you do it 3 days before your renewal date you won't be charged for the following month.
If something goes wrong with your zero waste kombucha drink, please let us know in store and we'll look to get you a refill.
For clothing, you have up to 28 days from point of purchase to to return a product. If you've worn the item of clothing, or it's returned damaged through no fault of our then we won't accept the item back.
All return postage will be covered by yourself, or you can return the items in-store to save yourself some money.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided on clothing items returned within 28 days unused and undamaged.
No refunds are given on drink products if the order wasn't checked within 24 hours. If it was, and the above applies, then we'll look to refund or replace the damaged or missing items.
Sales items can't be returned and no refunds will be given.
