What is Boo Chi Korean Ginseng Kombucha?
Boo Chi Korean Ginseng to Boost is a traditionally brewed kombucha made with organic tea and whole Korean ginseng root, nothing else. No extracts, no flavourings, no shortcuts. Just slow fermentation and the ancient power of ginseng in every bottle.
What are the benefits of Korean ginseng in kombucha?
Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) has been used for thousands of years to support energy, mental clarity and immune function. Combined with the live cultures from raw kombucha fermentation, Boo Chi Korean Ginseng to Boost delivers a genuinely functional drink, not just a flavoured one.
Is ginseng kombucha good for energy?
Yes. Ginseng is one of the most well-researched adaptogenic roots, traditionally used to combat fatigue and restore vitality. Paired with the natural B vitamins produced during kombucha fermentation, this is a clean, natural energy boost without the crash.
What does Boo Chi Korean Ginseng taste like?
Deep, earthy and grounding — with the subtle tang of raw kombucha underneath. It’s bold without being bitter, and refreshing in a way that feels restorative rather than just thirst-quenching.
Is it alcoholic?
No. Boo Chi is a non-alcoholic kombucha. Perfect as a soft drink alternative, a mindful drinking choice, or the base of a seriously good cocktail or mocktail.
How do I drink Boo Chi Korean Ginseng?
Straight from the bottle, over ice, or shaken into something special.
🍹 The Ginseng Mezcal – Mocktail or Cocktail
- 150ml Boo Chi Korean Ginseng to Boost

- Lime to garnish
Method: Squeeze grapefruit and lime juice into a shaker with mezcal and honey. Add ice and shake until chilled. Rim a glass with salt, add ice, pour in the mezcal mixture, then top with Boo Chi Korean Ginseng. Garnish with lime. For a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the mezcal.

Yes. Refrigeration slows fermentation and keeps your kombucha fresh, fizzy, and safe to drink. Store between 2-4°C for best quality.
Is kombucha vegan and gluten-free?
