Shipping policy

We pack and ship every order ourselves from our shop at 7 Manor Square, Otley, West Yorkshire, LS21 3AP.

DISPATCH
We pack every order by hand. Once it's dispatched, it's sent tracked overnight with Royal Mail, and most orders arrive within 3 working days of ordering.

UK DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery: £5.99 per order, sent tracked overnight with Royal Mail once dispatched.

Our kombucha is raw and alive, so during warmer months we pack it with insulation and ice packs to make sure it arrives fresh and properly chilled. Pop it straight in the fridge when it lands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
European Union: £14.99 per order
Rest of the world (including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway): £23.99 per order

Delivery times outside the UK vary by country. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which aren't included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

T-SHIRTS AND MERCH
Our T-shirts are printed to order by our partner Teemill and ship separately from any drinks in your order. Delivery is £4 in the UK, £6 to Europe and £7 to the rest of the world.

COLLECT FROM THE SHOP
Local? Choose free collection at checkout and pick your order up from the shop in Otley. Orders are usually ready to collect within 24 hours. Bring your confirmation email when you come in, and if you need it sooner, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please check your order within 24 hours of delivery. If anything is missing or damaged, take a photo and email it to kevin@functionaldrinksclub.co.uk and we'll sort it. Full details are in our refund policy.
