Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email kevin@functionaldrinksclub.co.uk.

As long as you cancel at least 3 days before your next renewal date, you won't be charged again. If you cancel with less than 3 days' notice, that month's box will still be charged and sent, and your subscription will end after it.

You can also ask us to pause or skip a month instead of cancelling.

PRE-ORDERS
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it's dispatched and we'll refund you in full, including delivery.

Each pre-order product shows an estimated dispatch date. If it's going to be later than that, we'll email you with the new date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched or collected, our normal refund policy applies.
