What is Boo Chi Fresh Mint Kombucha?

A traditionally brewed raw kombucha made with organic tea and whole fresh mint, nothing else. No flavourings, no extracts, no shortcuts. Just slow fermentation and the natural power of mint in every bottle.

Is mint good for digestion?

Yes. Mint has been used for centuries to soothe the digestive system, reduce bloating and calm an unsettled stomach. Combined with the live cultures from raw kombucha fermentation, Boo Chi Fresh Mint to Revive is a genuinely functional drink that supports gut health from the inside out.

What are the benefits of fresh mint kombucha?

Mint is naturally high in antioxidants and has well-documented calming and digestive properties. Paired with the probiotics produced during raw kombucha fermentation, this is a drink that tastes incredible and does something useful, not just another flavoured soft drink.

What does Boo Chi Fresh Mint taste like?

Crisp, cool and refreshing with a gentle natural sweetness and the clean finish of real mint. It softens the natural sour of kombucha beautifully, making it one of the most approachable bottles in the Boo Chi range.

Is it alcoholic?

No. Boo Chi is a non-alcoholic kombucha, perfect as a daily wellness drink, a soft drink alternative, or the base of a seriously good mocktail or cocktail.

How do I drink Boo Chi Fresh Mint?

Straight from the bottle, over ice, or muddled into something special.

🍹 The Boojito – Mocktail or Cocktail

A kombucha twist on the classic Mojito.

  • 250ml Boo Chi Fresh Mint to Revive
  • 50ml White Rum (optional β€” skip for a mocktail)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig to garnish

Method: Muddle the lime juice and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint to release its aroma,Β  the end of a rolling pin works perfectly. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice, add rum (if using) and stir. Top with Boo Chi Fresh Mint and garnish with a mint sprig. Refreshing doesn’t cover it.

What is kombucha?
