Collection: Fermented Foods - Gut Health

When it comes to gut health, it's all about little and often for the fermented food and drinks.

I like to have something every 24 hours, and I mix up the 4Ks - Kombucha, Kimchi, Kefir, Kraut.

A kombucha a day, and then either a Kimchi or Kraut with my lunch and dinner depending on what I'm eating.
